In this article you will learn how to update your return instructions included in your outgoing parcels (if applicable).
Overview
This step is only applicable if you include return instructions in a printed form in your outgoing parcels.
If that is the case, you need to update these instructions with new guidance on how to use the returns portal.
Tips
We recommend simply guiding your customers to find the returns portal on your website.
Note, if you currently ask your customers to note down which items are being sent back and to include return reasons, this step can now be completely deleted from the form.
